Sauna’s history
Finns started to use the sauna about 2000 years ago. The etymology of the word “sauna” isn’t clear, but it could mean some kind of winter dwelling as the most ancient saunas were earth-houses.
It was normal to go in sauna almost naked, leaving clothes outside. After sauna people dressed in clean but not warm clothes for cooling.

Aromatherapy

Essential oils have an immediate impact on our sense of smell, also known as "olfaction".
