We've stayed in Arkadia Hotel in May 2010. Perfect location: next to city centre and sightseeing, comfortable rooms and good service.

I just wanted to say thank you for a lovely visit to St. Petersburg! We stayed at your hotel from 09.30.09 to 10.03.09. Everyone in our party enjoyed the stay at Arkadia - the rooms were just right and the staff were extremely nice and helpful! I don't know if anyone will remember this or not, but, on our last day, I lost my hat. I realized this as we were at the train station preparing to leave. I called Arkadia and one of the staff members searched the rooms (I think I might have left it in a restaurant earlier in the day) and did not find my hat, but did find a jacket that was accidentally left behind. He brought it to the train station for us - we REALLY appreciated that. Again, we couldn't be more satisfied with the hotel or the staff - everything was perfect!

We choosed the hotel for the selebration trip of my mother 50 th anniversary.Our friends visited this hotel in 2005 and had very good experience.At the beginning we get not the room we dreamed of: dark and not very specious.But after we complained, room was exchanged to the good one, with beautiful garden view. Mum was surprised at the day of anniversary with birthday cake & champagne.
Would like to recommend hotel for quiet family trips.On the other hand all additional services (taxi, restauarant, sauna etc.)are extremely expensive! And be sure, you will get a good room,because not all of them are enough good.
